Recently I was at a pot-luck and my friend made a great Mexican Corn Dip.This recipe is quick prep and will go quick with the crowd!
3 cans Corn n’ Peppers – Drained
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Cumin
1 lb. Shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Mix all together and enjoy!
